Swat valley, like other Pukhtoon areas, is rich in music. Hujras not only surves guest but provide entertainment as well. Swat's soil is fertile for poets and singers through ages and the society gave respect to them. Seetar, Rabab, Thumble, Mangai, Chawtara and Shpalai were and are the favourite music instruments.
